Each Signature comes ready with a stainless steel screen, Bottomless 2-in-1 Portafilter which features a removable spouted bottom and the ability for naked brewing, and custom pressure gauge, to produce the very best in espresso. 

The Pressure Kit Model upgrades to include custom pressure gauge, with a targeted range for espresso between 6-9 BAR, exactly that needed to brew cafe-quality shots. Also includes a piston stem and a stainless steel plunger. The Pressure Kit allows for immediate feedback while brewing, to aid in targeting a well-balanced and precise extraction.
